FCC & PCI are looking for a working prototype in the form of an analytical dashboard, that can be used as a smart tool for both independent investors as well as financial advisors. The prototype must be in accordance with the following objectives:

-   Recognition of market trends and outlier stocks: Making the hunt for blue chip stocks and the knowledge of well performing companies simpler.

-   The Dashboard must take into consideration the use of modern technologies such as machine learning, artificial intelligence in order to determine and predict the significant changes that could occur in the price of a stock.

-   The analysis of market trends through the dashboard ought to be done in a graphical format making it easy for not just financial advisors and independent investors but also for inexperienced individuals who are new to the world of stock market. 

Research shows that a lot of independent investors are constantly reviewing the past pricing history of a stock and are using it to influence their future investment decisions. This is an antithesis of the theory that the investors must only be taking into consideration the current price of the investment they own or plan to own, and its future selling price.

FCC & PCI are looking for a working prototype in the form of an algorithm that can predict the financial future trends, based on historical data.
